Fundamentals - Learning & Development This level is aimed at line managers and those who are new to a training role, who would like to know the basics of learning and development. The online courses include all aspects of the training cycle. You can choose individual courses or create a bundle of 4 courses as a ‘train the trainer’ package:

Intermediate - Human Resources This level is aimed at senior/middle managers and HR Professionals who would like to know more about the strategic elements of people management whilst keeping an eye on the practicalities. We can either create an online learning package just for your employees or we can organise face-to-face training (in person in East Anglia, UK only) delivered by expert trainers.
