Senior People Professional (HR)
Delivered in partnership with Colchester Institute, this on-
the-job study programme also leads to an
approved qualification in HR.
Who is this apprenticeship for?
A new or existing member of staff working in a variety of
organisations in public, private or 3rd sector with a
workforce to support and manage.
They will be a senior people professional who is the in-
house expert for people, work and change.

Entry Requirements?
Grade C (4) or above in Maths and English as part of 5
GCSEs A-C grades or comparable qualification as well as
an informal interview and successful completion of initial
assessment.

Where?
Our HR Apprenticeships are delivered from our Norwich
offices and the Colchester Institute.

The L7 apprenticeship will typically take 3-3½ years.

Additional Information

CIPD Level 7 qualification is optional for this
apprenticeship and requires employer contribution
•
Apprentices or their employers must pay for the
student’s CIPD membership
•
Employers must commit to supporting the
apprentice with 20% of their work-time dedicated to
off-the-job and new learning
