APPRENTICESHIP LEVEL 7 Senior People Professional (HR) Delivered in partnership with Colchester Institute, this on-the-job study programme also leads to an approved qualification in HR.
Who is this apprenticeship for? A new or existing member of staff working in a variety of organisations in public, private or 3rd sector with a workforce to support and manage. They will be a senior people professional who is the in- house expert for people, work and change.
Entry Requirements? Grade C (4) or above in Maths and English as part of 5 GCSEs A-C grades or comparable qualification as well as an informal interview and successful completion of initial assessment.
