Delivered in partnership with Colchester Institute, this on-
the-job study programme can also lead to an approved
qualification in HR.
Who is this apprenticeship for?
A new or developing staff member delivering front-line
support to HR managers and employees.
Where?
Our HR Apprenticeships are delivered from our Norwich
offices and the Colchester Institute.

The L3 apprenticeship will typically take 18-24 months.

Additional Information
•
CIPD Level 3 qualification is optional for this
apprenticeship and requires employer contribution
•
Apprentices without L2 Maths and English must
achieve this prior to completing their apprenticeship

Apprentices or their employers must pay for the
student’s CIPD membership
•
Employers must commit to supporting the
apprentice with 20% of their work-time dedicated to
off-the-job and new learning
